Shipping Policy:

We understand the anticipation that comes with ordering our meticulously crafted and customized furniture. Our current lead time from order to shipping is 12-14 weeks. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each piece is carefully crafted and tailored to meet your exact specifications.

Once your order is ready for shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment. We take great care in packaging your furniture securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We rely on trusted shipping carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Upon delivery, we recommend thoroughly inspecting your furniture for any visible damage. In the unlikely event that you notice any issues, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours, and we will swiftly address the matter.

 

Refund Policy:


At Dangerfox Inc, we recognize that circumstances may evolve, leading you to reconsider your purchase decisions. Consequently, we have established a 30-day refund policy from the date of your purchase. If you opt to cancel your order within this stipulated period, you may be eligible for a refund.

We allocate the funds from your purchase towards the production of your desk within the initial weeks of your order placement. Due to this financial commitment, we are unable to provide refunds once we have initiated the production process for your desk. Refunds are not available after the 30-day period has elapsed from the date of your purchase. By making a purchase from Dangerfox Inc, you agree to abide by this policy. In the event that any of our products are on backorder status and more than 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we regret to inform you that refunds for your order will not be possible.

If your order falls within the category eligible for a refund and it has not been more than 30 days since your order date, kindly initiate the refund process by contacting our customer support team at Support@dangerfox.com. Provide your order details, and our team will assist you in navigating the refund procedure.

Please be advised that any refund requests received after the 30-day period has expired will not be considered for a refund.
